Shipping policy

Delivery in Qatar

We deliver to all areas of Qatar. Delivery costs a flat 50 QAR per order, with no minimum order, and orders are usually delivered within 1–2 business days.

Delivery to other GCC countries

We also deliver to Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Delivery costs 70 QAR for the first 1 kg, plus 20 QAR for each additional kilogram, for orders up to 20 kg.

International delivery

We deliver to most countries worldwide with Qatar Post EMS. Delivery costs 100 QAR for the first 1 kg, plus 25 QAR for each additional kilogram, for orders up to 20 kg. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after your order is sent.

How the delivery fee is calculated

Each piece counts as about 1 kg (The Royal Family Mystery Set counts as 3 kg; gift boxes and other add-ons are packed with their piece). The exact delivery fee is shown at checkout from the weight of your order. For orders over 20 kg, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will arrange delivery with you.

Customs, duties and VAT

Orders delivered outside Qatar may be charged local VAT, import duties or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or delivery fee and are paid by the recipient on delivery.

After you order

We will call or WhatsApp you on +974 5098 7214 to confirm your order and agree a delivery time. For orders outside Qatar we will also arrange payment with you before your order is sent. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct so the courier can reach you.
