1. About us

This website is operated by Royal Pcs, a children's clothing and gift brand based in Doha, Qatar, also available at Galeries Lafayette Doha and Blue Salon. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Contact us on WhatsApp +974 5098 7214 or at info@royalpcs.com.

2. Products and prices

All prices are in Qatari Riyals (QAR). We do our best to show every piece, colour and size accurately, but small differences in colour can appear on screens. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or cancel that item.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once we have contacted you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was shown in error, or if we cannot reach you to confirm the order.

4. Payment

We currently accept cash on delivery in Qatar. Please have the full order total ready in Qatari Riyals when your order arrives. For orders delivered outside Qatar, we will contact you to arrange payment before your order is sent.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Qatar, to Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, and to most countries worldwide. Delivery fees and expected times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Orders delivered outside Qatar may be charged local VAT, import duties or customs fees, which are paid by the recipient.

6. Personalised items

Items with name embroidery or a personalised name box are made for you. Please check the spelling of names before you order, as personalised items cannot be changed once production has started.

7. Returns and exchanges

8. Your information

We use your details only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
